Who KonnektAI is for
KonnektAI is customer service by message for businesses that work with a calendar: it answers customers right away, with the business’s own content, books, reschedules and cancels in the calendar, and hands the conversation to the team when a person is needed.
It is for small and mid-sized businesses that get questions and booking requests on WhatsApp and social media, and lose customers because no one answers at night, on weekends or at peak times. Everything is set up on screen, with nothing to install and no number to change.
What it does today
Five channels in one account
WhatsApp by QR code, on the number the business already uses; Instagram and Facebook with the business’s app on Meta; Telegram; and website chat.
Answers at any hour
The AI answers with what the business has added: services, prices, accepted insurance, address and hours. A value that is not in the records is never given.
Books, reschedules and cancels
In Feegow or Google Calendar, whichever the business has connected: the bot offers the open times, and books, reschedules and cancels, with the team’s approval or on its own. In Google Calendar, the meeting can come with a Google Meet room, and the link goes to the customer in the chat.
Confirms who is asking
Before booking, rescheduling or cancelling, the bot asks for the customer’s date of birth and checks it against the records. If it does not match, the conversation goes to the team.
Hands over to the team
When a person is needed, the conversation goes to the team, who answers and hands it back to the bot whenever they want.
The business decides what the bot does
Operation by operation: nothing, look up only, with a person’s approval, or on its own.
Keeps going when an AI goes down
Customer service uses more than one AI provider, in sequence. If none answers, the conversation goes to the team.
Three languages and a free trial
