Day-before confirmation

The day before a time the bot booked, it asks the customer to confirm: in the same conversation and, if the customer left an email in the website chat, by email too. With no reply, it asks again later. An answer given one way counts for the others, and a yes confirms the time in Feegow or Google Calendar, in the mode your business chose (with the team’s approval or on its own). On screen, your business sets the times for the question and the reminder.
