Channels and connections
Channels are the types your business picks from those the plan includes: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and website chat. Connections are the numbers, accounts, bots and Pages linked at the same time, in total, split however you like.
When the plan doesn’t state a number of connections, it equals the number of channels: a plan with 3 channels allows 1 WhatsApp, 1 Instagram and 1 Facebook, or 3 WhatsApp numbers, one per campaign. Both can have no limit.
